Stock Photography:
"Wouldn't It Be Cool To Have a Photo of ....?"
Often people say to me things like, "There's a really beautiful valley just outside of town with a neat rock formation and
you can see the Spanish Peaks in the background. It looks just incredible in the fall right before sunset. Someone
really ought to take that photo."Sometimes I go take those photos.
I have a growing library of stock photography relating to Southern Colorado and our area's lifestyle, events, weather, scenery,
you name it! I am also collecting a wide range of generic stock photography.
All you do is contact me, tell me what kinds of photos you are interested in and I will search my collections for you and
make a personalized gallery for you.
Why Stock Photography?
You can hire me create very specific pictures (see my commercial page). With stock photos
you can look for something that is close to what you envision and need when your budget can't cover photographer time, studio
time, location fees, model fees, props, etc.
Some of my customers are looking for great photos of a Southern Colorado subject for the wall of their newly redecorated living
room or office.

I happened to take a photo of several business's building that they like and want it for their website and in print marketing
materials.

Other local business owners or leaders of community organizations need a recognizable, local icon for use in a newspaper advertisement
for promotions.

Whatever your need, stock photography is your low-cost photography solution.
Just How Low-Cost is Stock Photography?
Gifted amateur and pro photographers are running around taking pictures of anything and everything and selling them on stock
photo websites from $5 on up to $200 per shot. However, few if any are doing that in Southern Colorado. I pretty
much just make deals on stock photos. Mostly I start at $25 for good photos. Depending on the quality and content
it is lower than that and in a few, rare instances it is higher.
